Ruwan ruwa yana tafiya ne mai sauƙi, tasiri, tasirin da ba za a iya yi ba a tafkin, tafkin, ko ma teku. Brisk ruwan tafiya zai iya samar da kyakkyawan aikin motsa jiki, kuma ruwa yana samar da ƙarin juriya na iska, don haka kuna ƙarfafawa da kuma gina tsoka kamar yadda kuke tafiya a ruwa.

Idan kun kasance sabon shirin motsa jiki, MaryBeth Pappas Baun, M.Ed., marubucin "Hannun Kasuwanci" (kwatanta farashin) ya ba da shawarar ka fara sannu a hankali tare da minti biyar na jinkirin tafiya a cikin ruwa mai zurfi.
